Home / Exchange and refunds

We want you to love your jewelry. Please read these terms before you order.

Time frame: You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
Condition: Pieces must be unworn and free of damage, and returned with all original boxes, labels and tags.
Refund method: Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment, minus shipping fees, or issued as store credit.

Custom and personalized pieces: Engraved, monogrammed or custom-made silver pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged or defective items: If a piece arrives broken or has a manufacturing defect, we will send a free replacement or give a full refund. Please report it immediately, within 24 hours of delivery.
Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.
Sale and clearance items: Discounted and final-clearance pieces are not eligible for cash refunds. They may only be exchanged.
